HELLO, I'M LEE!
Congratulations on taking this first step in caring for yourself. As a licensed therapist with 20+ years of experience, I help adults (21–101) navigate life’s toughest challenges—whether it’s relationships, trauma, loss, caregiving, work stress, or a new medical diagnosis.
My passion for helping others began at age six (thanks to a Raggedy Ann doll!), and ever since, I’ve dedicated my personal and professional journey to guiding clients toward healing and joy. My approach is compassionate, holistic (mind, body, spirit, emotions), and empowering. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to support your growth. I also offer chat, group, and Christian-based counseling (upon request). Depending on the service we’ll connect through video or telephone.
When I’m not with clients, you’ll find me on my farm—putting my family to work caring for our rescue animals!
